Maryland Firearms Academy LLC prohibits bringing loaded firearms into the classroom.

Maryland Firearms Academy LLC has a right to deny any student that, upon the instructor's discretion, is under the influence of any substance that would include the misuse of proper firearm handling.

Maryland Firearms Academy LLC will cancel and refund any student that they deem to be violent toward themselves or others.

Maryland Firearms Academy LLC may discuss or show disturbing footage that includes blood, violence, or even death in some class material. Viewer discretion is advised.

Maryland Firearms Academy LLC has a cancellation policy that no deposit will be returned once the student schedules class. The instructor may apply it to a future class if ample time is given prior to 48 hours of the class. All payments are due in full within 48 hours of the chosen class. No refunds will be given if class is canceled within the 48 hours prior to class time.
